在我们学习英语的时候都知道 play 是表示玩的意思，但是在我们表示玩手机的时候可千万不能翻译成Play the phone！

1. Be addicted to.....“对...上瘾”

2. be obsessed with sth “对...着迷”

We should not be obsessed with cellphones all day.

现在许多人玩手机度日。

The average cellphone owner spends over two hours each day on the device.

人们每天会花超过2个小时玩手机。

4. check your cellphone

Don't check your cellphonemore than once in a conversation.

不要在谈话过程中超过一次查看手机。

5. put the cellphone down

You need to put the cellphone downeven if it's just for an hour or an afternoon.

你需要放下手机即使是一小时或者一下午也好。
